NEVEON is part of the
United Nations
Global Compact

NEVEON is once again an industry pioneer, becoming the first foam manufacturer to join the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) – the world's largest initiative for sustainable and responsible corporate governance.

The UN Global Compact was founded in 2000 by then UN Secretary General Kofi Annan and is now the world's largest corporate responsibility network. "Thinking and acting sustainably is deeply rooted in NEVEON's DNA. With our membership in the UN Global Compact network, we further underline our commitment to responsible and sustainable corporate governance," NEVEON CEO Oliver Bruns is pleased to announce.

Committed to sustainability

By joining, NEVEON – together with another 12,000 business and 3,000 non-business participating organizations – commits to uphold and promote the ten principles of the international UN initiative in the areas of human rights, labor standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption. To this end, the Global Compact and its universal principles are integrated into NEVEON's corporate strategy and culture and into daily business life. Joining is also linked to participation in cooperation projects to promote 17 different sustainable development goals - the so-called UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
