With our foams, and the products made from them, we assist renowned mattress manufacturers, international designers, and retailers to make their customers’ living and sleeping dreams come true. Mattress cores

We use a state-of-the-art repertoire of cutting technologies for processing our foams to create mattress cores from our murea series. From simple panel cutting all the way to highly specialized SMT technology, the possibilities are virtually endless. With our mattress cores, we offer good sleep at an affordable price. Our murea eco mattress cores are custom-made in Europe and comply with the highest quality and environmental standards.

We tailor our foams to create individual premium mattress cores from our murea series in the zone design requested by our customers. We always create our foams in accordance with the latest findings in ergonomics in order to satisfy the specific sleep requirements of stomach, back, and side sleepers. Our premium mattress cores are custom-made in Europe and comply with the highest quality and environmental standards.

POS-ready white-/private-label-mattresses

As a one-stop shop for mattresses, we cover all the production steps all the way to individual POS-ready white label / private label mattresses, including logistics solutions. Our customers benefit from our many years of expertise and can offer mattresses under their own brand names without having to invest in the production infrastructure themselves. Our POS-ready white label / private label mattresses are custom-made in Europe and comply with the highest quality and environmental standards.

At the same time, we believe that responsible production is extremely important. As a REDcert² certified company, we offer products that conserve fossil resources by using sustainably certified renewable raw materials and sustainably certified recycled materials in the value chain. In addition, we integrate renewable raw materials and bio-based TENCEL™ cellulose particles in our products. But that’s not all.
