Our foam.hybrid products are an innovative fusion of tried-and-tested standard foams and specially coordinated hybrid technologies. The precision integration of special additives unites the outstanding properties of different foam families, thereby helping to enhance performance significantly.
Our product range comprises not only classic hybrid foams but also premium foams in the three categories outlined below. In addition to these established hybrid foam types, we produce made-to-order products featuring a range of unique properties. We offer a combination of viscoelastic and standard foam, from which we create a soft viscoelastic foam with gel-like properties. Latex lends our latex-infused foam its unique character. Finally, our foam.hybrid range offers a varied selection for different applications and ensures the perfect balance of comfort and durability.
foam.hybrid eNdura
Our foam.hybrid eNdura foams offer maximum living and sleeping comfort thanks to their balanced pressure distribution and excellent moisture and heat regulation. At the same time, they are characterized by exceptional durability and an unparalleled low ecological footprint. With around 70% fewer emissions (Internal calculations as of December 2023, subject to change) in the production process compared to conventional high resilience foam cores with a comparable service life, foam.hybrid eNdura sets standards in terms of sustainability. In addition, a new type of raw material mix reduces the amount of material required to produce mattress cores to 15.4 kg - compared to 24.5 kg for the production of conventional high resilience foam cores. This saves resources and makes the end products easier to handle, for example when turning and covering mattresses.

foam.hybrid verde
Our foam.hybrid verde range contains renewable raw materials that replace some of the petroleum-based polyols. This not only ensures that we are doing our bit to protect the environment, but also lets our customers lie back and relax while enjoying a whole new level of comfort. The gel-like pressure distribution properties and outstanding restoring force of our foam.hybrid verde products combine all the best aspects of viscoelastic and cold foam, resulting in an innovative product that helps you to enjoy a good night’s sleep and a high level of mobility. Our foam.hybrid verde products contain around 20% castor oil, a raw material that can be taken directly from the plant without the need for any downstream chemical processing. In this way, and depending on the application quantity and foam type, we can reduce our carbon footprint by between 15% and 25%.

foam.hybrid Xdura
Our foam.hybrid Xdura products are characterized by their extreme robustness and long product life, which considerably reduces the consumption of fossil-fuel-based resources. Our foam.hybrid Xdura products are also around 30% lighter than products with the same lifetime. This helps to further reduce the consumption of resources and ensures significant CO2 savings during transportation. The extremely open-pore cell structure ensures a high degree of air permeability and a good micro-climate without any accumulation of heat or moisture. Thanks to its outstanding pressure distribution properties, our foam.hybrid Xdura products are also popular choices in the medical and care sectors (e.g. for protecting against pressure ulcers).
